F.A.L.T.U (meaning: Fakirchand and Lakirchand Trust University) is an Indian comedy film directed by Remo D'Souza and produced by Vashu Bhagnani under the banner Puja Entertainment (India) Ltd. It is a remake of the 2006 comedy, Accepted.

It stars Jackky Bhagnani, Puja Gupta, Ritesh Deshmukh and Arshad Warsi. Many stars like Boman Irani, Akbar Khan, Mithun Chakraborty, Angad Bedi and Chandan-Roy Sanyal appear in pivotal roles.
